Proposed DRAFT Fingal County Council Harbour Bye-Laws 2023

Fingal County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Government Act 2001 as extended by Section 89 of the HARBOURS ACT 1996 hereby gives notice that it proposes to adopt Fingal County Council Harbour Bye-Laws 2023.

Fingal County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Government Act 2001 as extended by Section 89 of the HARBOURS ACT 1996 hereby gives notice that it proposes to adopt Fingal County Council Harbour Bye-Laws 2023.

Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws shall be retained at Fingal County Council Offices at Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, and County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin, for inspection during normal office hours, over the period Thursday 15th June 2023 to Monday 31st July inclusive     

Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws are also available free of charge from the Operations Department, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, County Hall, Swords, Co. Dublin and the Fingal Libraries in Blanchardstown, Swords and Malahide. These Bye-Laws can also be viewed on-line on the Fingal Website www.fingal.ie.

Fingal County Council will consider submissions from any persons in relation to the Draft Bye-Laws. Submissions must be made either on-line at https://consult.fingal.ie or in writing to the Administrative Officer, Operations Department, Balbriggan/Rush-Lusk/Swords Operational Area Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, not later than 5.00pm on Monday 14th August,2023.
