Additional information requested from Dublin airport authority

In December 2023, the airport authority for Dublin Airport (daa) submitted an application for planning permission for development that includes infrastructure and an increase to the permitted passenger capacity at the airport (planning reference F23A/0781). 

ANCA has commenced an assessment of the potential aircraft noise impact of the development as proposed and determined that the application should be supplemented with additional information. The airport authority has been directed to provide this information and it will be incorporated into the assessment when it is received.

If the assessment, that includes the additional data, determines that new or amended aircraft noise management measures are required for Dublin Airport, a process of public consultation will be undertaken by ANCA to ensure that all viewpoints can be expressed and considered.
