The Housing team is responsible for the design and procurement of social housing within Fingal. The role sees us provide bespoke expertise to Fingal County Council, with the overarching remit of sustainable community development throughout the county.

Maintenance

The Maintenance team is responsible for the management & implementation of maintenance works on Fingal’s housing stock. This work sees us executing an efficient cyclical and planned maintenance framework minimising vacant housing within the county.
